The full rental including Hotel/Motel Tax and a $200 Security Deposit must be deposited 30 days in advance.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
A $200 reservation deposit excluding holidays (see above) is required to hold the reservation and must be received within 7 days of making the request. This will be credited to your total rental rate upon check-in. We also require a $200 damage deposit refundable upon inspection and cleaning within 10 days from check-out less any damages, lost items, or excessive cleaning. Cancellation of a reservation less than 4 weeks prior to check-in date will forfeit deposit.
Reservations are made subject to the following considerations:
1. The houses are limited in total occupancy. Please limit to 7 persons. Abuse of this provision will result to termination of the rental without refund.
2. Rentals are made only to responsible adults.We cannot rent to minors.
3. Rentals are NOT made for organized parties.
4. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
5. Please leave our house neat and clean with dishes put away, sand swept out, trash taken downstairs, furniture (if moved) returned as found, lights and air conditioners turned off and door and windows locked.
6. As with any rental, the renter accepts liability for all damages to the property due to negligence or beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Absolutely no pets please!
Compare our reasonable rates for beachfront rentals! If you are going to spend your time and money for a vacation on the Gulf, stay up front where you can see what is happening. Don't find yourself stuck behind a sand dune.
